Procedure

Put toasted Sesame seeds into a Suribachi (mortar), grind them until they form smooth and oily paste.

Add sugar, soy sauce and Dashi soup to the paste. Keep mixing until it gets smooth.

Use it right away or later. Usable up to 2 days if refrigerated.
