Ingredients

Main Ingredients
1 package thinly sliced silken Tofu or soft Tofu
1 piece avocado
Wasabi dressing
1 teaspoon Wasabi powder
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons squeezed lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe

Wasabi Dressing:
In a small bowl, bring Wasabi powder, soy sauce, salt, squeezed lemon juice and olive oil. Mix well and set aside.
Salad:
Cut a package of silken Tofu or soft Tofu in half and slice them in pieces.
Put the pieces on a plate and keep them in refrigerator for a while, draining water.
Cut an an avocado in half, and remove seed and skin. Slice the two halves in pieces.
Finish:
Bring the prepared Tofu on a plate with the sliced avocado on top.
Pour the prepared Wasabi Dressing all over them.
Serve cold.
